An Angel's Story

Amy’s Angels was established in 2014 in loving memory of Amy (Fiondella) Bochman, a beautiful and dedicated mother who lost her battle with breast cancer before her son Ethan reached the age of 6.

Due to Amy’s illness, she was unable to work and was on disability. Her high insurance co-pay did not adequately cover her medical expenses for hospital stays and chemotherapy, making it difficult to meet their modest living expenses and mounting medical bills.

Amy died in December of 2013.

Amy’s Angels was created to help people like Amy who are struggling with the debilitating effects of a long term illness or serious injury…

Help Single Mother of 4 Children

At only the age of 51, Danine suffered 3 heart attacks and irreversible heart damage in May 2023. There was too much heart damage to do a bypass surgery or any alternative that could improve her condition. As the sole financial provider of 4 children, Danine returned to work to pay the bills.

Throughout the year, Danine’s health became progressively worse, to the point where any time outside of work was needed to be spent sleeping out of pure exhaustion and lack of heart function. In December 2023, Danine’s family made the decision that it was best for her to stay home and focus on her health, despite the financial concerns.

Help Ease Jack's Journey with Brain Cancer

In 2013, Jack sought medical attention for his headaches, and it was then that he received the devastating news that he was suffering from Oligodenroglioma, a slow growing, but currently incurable, brain tumor. Jack was diagnosed with brain cancer.

Recently, Jack received the terrible news that his tumor is growing and was advised that both immediate chemotherapy and radiation would be the recommended treatment.

Neusa’s Extraordinary, Uncertain & Costly Lifetime Needs

Neusa’s life was radically altered in a severe automobile accident on February 24, 2018 while visiting her family in Brazil.  The trauma physician examining her had never seen a severed cervical spinal cord in a living person, and though additional surgeries were performed following her return to the U.S., Neusa survives with severely limited movement in her shoulders and arms and paralysis from her chest down.
